Patent-Worthy Innovation: Innovation is at the core of NuBlu Energy. Our HR-EPC team’s ingenuity has resulted in the design and patent application for a highly mobile LNG liquefaction plant with a capacity of 30,000 gpd (50 TPD). This remarkable achievement highlights our dedication to transforming the liquefaction sector.
Revolutionized Efficiency: The mLNG system establishes new standards in efficiency. With specific power requirements ranging from 575 to 650 kW/ton (dependent on gas composition), it marks a significant leap forward in energy efficiency during the liquefaction process.
Quick Deployment: Understanding the importance of time, our mLNG solution is designed for rapid deployment and commissioning within two weeks, demonstrating our dedication to providing swift, efficient solutions in the LNG field.
No Need for External Refrigerant: NuBlu Energy’s process operates without the necessity for external refrigerants to liquefy natural gas. Instead, it utilizes the incoming feed gas as the refrigerant for the liquefaction process, removing the need for liquid nitrogen or other pure refrigerant gases like propane or butane.
Modular Design Excellence: The mLNG system consists of five distinct modules, each with a dedicated function. The Gas Cleanup Unit (2 skids) prepares natural gas for liquefaction, while the Liquefaction and Compression Unit (2 skids) delivers the required refrigeration and compression. The Electrical and Controls module contains critical electrical components, a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), instrument air, and the generator interface. Additionally, power generation
is handled by a separate 6th module included in the standard package.
